digiDOTS is immediately looking for a talented and outstanding candidate for the role of a Business Development Executive, who will assist in growing and expanding the offshore business and take the company profile to the next level. All the required necessary training will be provided but candidates with prior Online Bidding experience will be preferred
Online bidding on Upwork (Odesk, Elance) , Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour etc.
Generate business for Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Creative Design and Web Development.
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
Responsible for writing quality proposals for existing or prospective offshore clients, on time and within budget.
Ensure all proposals are aligned with corporate guidelines and company management standards.
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system
Has an excellent appreciation of what the client needs and to articulate how the company can best provide that.
Listen to client’s views and ensure that all the client's questions have been answered as fully as possible.
Strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to gather, organize and interpret data from multiple sources
Communicate with existing and new clients through Emails, Skype, and Phone etc.
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate
Meet Revenue Targets; monthly, quarterly and yearly
Strong ability to use upwork, Freelancer, peopleperhour and Guru, knowing how to reach direct clients preferred. Must have Online Bidding and lead Generation experience on all above mentioned platforms Must have Excellent Negotiation & Communication skills, both verbal and written Time management, efficiency and work well under pressure with minimal supervision are important. Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative and flexible environment. Must have Knowledge of Online Sales process including lead generation and lead conversion
