1. Assisting the Head of Department in the assessment of the risks and development of annual audit plan.
2. Preparation of audit program for each audit assignment before commencement of the audit.
3. Execution of internal audit activities as per the approved internal audit plan.
4. Conducting audit of nationwide company operated showrooms of motorcycles and regional offices.
5. Reviewing the approval process to ensure that company policies/ procedures and delegations of authorities are complied.
6. Identifying and testing the controls to mitigate the risks, any control weakness are properly reported and escalated and follow up on action plans in order to ensure that all internal controls are in place with minimum supervision.
7. Preparation of professional audit reports which clearly communicate findings, analysis, appraisals, recommendations and information concerning the activities audited.
8. Conducting meetings with the relevant Departmental and Divisional Heads to agree on the recommendations provided and ensure implementation.
9. Ensuring completion of audits within agreed time scales.
