1. Work on filing system of HR operations, observe and learn different cases regarding promotion, transfer and posting, disciplinary actions of late arrival, retirement & resignation.
2. Trace missing files of the employees.
3. Update record in personal files of the employees.
4. Make systematic record of employee’s files.
5. Prepare files of newly appointed employees.
