Job Description
We are looking for an excellent Android Developer with over 1 year of experience of Android application development for smart phones and tablets.
Primary Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Strong OO design and programming skills in Java (J2EE/ J2ME) Familiar with the Android SDK Knowledge of SQLite, MySQL or similar database management system Familiar with Eclipse Preferable to have an eye for cutting edge user interface.
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON Experience in integration Bluetooth, NFC, etc based devices with Android apps.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
- Understanding of Googles Android design principles and interface guidelines.
Job Specification
- Passionate about mobile applications.
- Strong object oriented programming and design skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- Intermediate understanding of JSON, XML, SQLite and web services.
- Good optimization and debugging skills.
- Experience with version control (SVN) Ability to work well under pressure and strict deadlines.
- Experience with Agile development practices and philosophies a plus.
