We are looking for Assistant Manager Quality Assurance for our manufacturing industry client based in Lahore. MBA / Graduate with at least 3-4 years experience in Quality Management System department.
Job Specification
Manages day-to-day operation of the QMS.
Develops and periodically reviews and updates Standards of QMS to ensure continuing improvement.
Collaborates with other relevant departments to direct QMS issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
Consults with the Manager QA and senior management as needed to resolve difficult legal compliance issues.
Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures. Develops and oversees a system for uniform handling of such violations.
Acts as an evaluation body to ensure that QMS Issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
Identifies potential areas of QMS vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Manager QA and senior management informed of the operation and progress of QMS implementation efforts.
Works with the Human Resources Department and others as appropriate to develop an effective QMS training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers.
Monitors the performance of the QMS and relates activities on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.
Manages periodic QMS audits with external auditing bodies for evaluation of QMS within the organization and its continual improvement.
Proposes appropriate external training programs to Manager QA and senior management when and where deem necessary.
Responsible for maintaining All Quality Assurance documents
Responsible for QA functions, including but not limited to the QA manual and maintaining standard operating procedures
Coordinates proficiency testing programs
Maintains certifications/accreditations for regulatory agencies and client certification or approval programs
Provides audit responses and initiates any changes in procedures resulting from audits
Supervises Internal Auditor.
Conducts internal audits through internal auditing team and makes recommendations for corrective action Provides technical assistance to
