Manager Medical Services

• Manage day-to-day operations of medical department within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Maintain excellent levels of internal customer service.
• Work as a liaison between employees and medical coordinators i.e. addressing issues of employees with medical coordinators.
• Coordinate with the Hospitals, vendors and pharmacies on panel on issues related to the medical facility.
• Prepare and manage budget for the medical department and manage the inventory.
• Create a liaison between admin and medical department in managing the inventory.
• Perform analysis of medical facility and report to the higher management.

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Management Science or related field
• Proven work experience of at least 5 years in similar position. Hospital Administration experience will be preferred.
• Effective Communication Skills
• Organizational and Multitasking skills
