The Company:

This is an exciting opportunity as Our client has launched a unique service in Pakistan. Our clients business model is primarily based on warm leads. Our client is operating a home maintenance Club and they are set to expand their business through the development of an outbound telemarketing team.


The Role:

This is an Appointment making role, supporting team of regional Sales Executives and Sales Managers.

Reporting directly to the Telemarketing Manager, the objectives of the role are to:

Pro-actively support the Telemarketing Manager in relation to sales driven telemarketing activities.

Pro-actively deal with all product enquiries, lead generation and business opportunities with close liaison with the Telemarketing Manager and Customer Services & Sales Support.

Undertake telemarketing activities as required.

Maintain the internal database for telemarketing.

Diarise forward to ensure that all leads are followed up in a timely manner.


The following are essential:

Experience of dealing with customers in a pressurised environment. Along with Telemarketing experience.

Candidates need to be able to develop relationships with decision makers over the telephone, be well-organised, experienced in using MS Office applications (inclusive of word and excel), and databases.

The Candidate:

• Should have atleast 1 year relevant experience as telemarketing representative
• A-Levels / Degree qualifications.
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word).
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
• Confident and have good convincing power
•

The Salary:

Basic Salary: Rs.12k-18k
Plus Commissions and annual bonuses
