A growing firm working in field of Educational Research all over Pakistan, and soon start working overseas require services of People with Mphil or Phd in any discipline of Education.
The job will be on need basis and tenure will be limited to specific project only.
Job Responsibilities
Formulating analysis plans, methodology and acquiring client approval.
In-depth review of related literature, past policies and previous information.
Creating a handsome population size as sample within available resources.
Designing or assisting in the development of questionnaires and other tools as necessary to ensure that necessary data is captured.
Conducting in-depth data analysis using traditional and advanced methods.
Undertaking ethnographic research.
Conducting qualitative or quantitative surveys, which may involve field, interview or focus group assessments.
Using statistical software to manage and organize information.
Monitoring the progress of research projects.
Analyzing and interpreting data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts.
Authoring reports containing actionable recommendations.
Making presentations—answering questions and instilling confidence.
Relevant Experience
Job is Open for fresh Graduates as well as experienced ones. Knowledge of NVivo 9 and above , Atlas it and SPSS along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel or other relevant analytical software is a Must.
