To be considered for this role, you should demonstrate:
- Previous international telesales experience essential (MINIMUM 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A CALL CENTRE)
- Money motivate and target driven
- Customer service experience essential
- A very good level of English both written and orally
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A polite and friendly manner
- Lots of initiative
- A positive attitude
- The ability to think on your feet
- Financial industry experience preferred but not essential
- Be self-motivated and have a hard working, can-do attitude
SALARY – 25,000 to 30,000 Basic (based on experience) and a monthly performance based bonus scheme.
