Job Description

• Results driven Relationship Executive will be responsible for field sales activities assigned by contact center team
• The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet client’s expectations

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales on given leads
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
