Responsible for the preparation, processing, and reconciliation of monthly payroll & ensure salaries are correct and delivered on time
Review and update payroll profiles for employee changes, new hires and terminations.
Manage travel and expense reimbursements: detailed review according to company policy, and intensive communication with employees and managers.
Keep knowledge of payroll legislation and all laws impacting payroll.
Principal point of contact for inquiries and requests relating to payroll and provides assistance to employees for payroll related issues.
Updation of entries in the software on daily basis
Assist with other assignments as directed from time to time
Bachelorβs/Master's degree in Accounting or HR.
2+ years of corporate payroll administration experience β Must.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Experience in the Educational sector β preferred.
Strong communication skills, responsible, proactive, good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
Attention to detail while working under tight deadlines.
