Description
Responsible for installation & customer support related to Airlines Management System
Work closely with colleagues to identify trouble shoot, and resolve issues related to Hardware/Network/Software
Installation of servers with OS and Applications
Ensure project tasks are completed on time and project goals are achieved.
Provide daily system support
Provide technical support / services and consultancy services to out stationed offices
2-5 Yearsβ Experience of working on similar capacity
Qualification BE/BS
Related Certification is an advantage CCNA/MCSE
Microsoft Applications Specially Outlook Configurations, Troubleshooting, Backups and Restoring Procedures
Experience of establishing and maintaining small computer networking
Experience of Installation and support of Airlines Management System is an advantage
Experience of Windows Server Operating System
Knowledge of database such as SQL is an advantage
Responsible and good team player
Good analytical and problem solving skill
