The techincal writer will be covering the following aspects of professional write ups.

1. Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation
2. Study product samples and talk with product designers and developers
3. Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions
4. Organize and write supporting documents for products
5. Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
6. Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals or online videos
7. Standardize content across platforms and media
8. Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers
9. Revise documents as new issues arise

The possible candidate should have the following base Skills to complement his/her Job description.

• Profecient understanding of the current IT standards for Software Industry
• Immaculate Communication skills both oral and written in English
• Has a clear understanding of the term being PROFESSIONAL and has the urge to DELIVER under pressure
• Abiliity to sustain the corporate pressure of meeting tight deadlines and will to work on extra hours to fullfill and accomplish team goals
• Team player as well as stout performer on his/her own
• Familiarty with computer software and hardware will be a definite plus
