Technical Junior Project Manager responsible for managing a team of Software developers. You will be responsible for leading end to end Project deliveries with complete ownership. This is a technical role, with experience in methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)

Successful candidates must be capable of independently solving complex technical problems and able to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and business teams

Role & Responsibilities:

• Management and ownership of Projects
• Manage all communication with stakeholders
• Produce Project Plans
• Use Agile/SCRUM software development processes.
• Manage Project Scope and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Monitor projects against milestones and managing communication
• Setup new processes to improve the quality of work.
• Customer Management
• Manage a team of Designers and Developers.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor in Computer Science
• 2+ years of experience of leading Software Development Projects
• Experience in Agile Project Management software, tools and techniques.
• Strong process Improvement, documentation, and planning skills.
• Solid understanding of Web and Mobile technologies
• Ability to independently handle multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Project Management, Team Player, Leadership skills
