Currently, we are looking for Customer Communication Executive for one of our client based in USA, Candidate must be fluent in English (spoken & listening).
Preference will be given to candidates having Call Center experience or IELTS (6.5+), whereas possessing American accent will be add-on.

Minimum Bachelors (14 Years)
01+ year's call center experience or in any other related domain
Exceptional engagement and communication skills.
Fluent in English
Ability to participate in overall customer satisfaction.
Ability to engage with customers via different channels such as chat, call and emails as per requirement.
Customer Communication (chat, phone and email), resolving customer issues, handle and escalate queries.
Calling to assigned customers.
Other duties assigned by management.
Candidate should be absolutely fluent in English having neutral or American accent.
Candidate should have two plus years of call center experience.
Good knowledge of Computer troubleshooting.
Candidate who is US/UK returned is a plus.
Preference will be given to IT/Business graduates.
Candidate should have ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of management and clients.
