• Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls to brief upon educational services being offered by the company
• Influences new customers to sign up through charismatic interpersonal skills
• Designing, revising and negotiating with clients on standardized contract agreements
• Designing and executing strategic plans to optimize lead conversion ratios
• Maintains database and response tracking for the lead conversion campaigns
• Maintains business development techniques through extensive research on sales oriented CRMs
• Follows game changing practices to explore various business development avenues including cold calling campaigns, marketing campaigns etc.

• BBA/MBA graduate, 0-1 years of experience
• Available during EST work hours
• Excellent Verbal/Written communication skills
• Hands on excel spreadsheets to measure response tracking of the campaigns
• Adhesive to meeting deadlines
• Attention to Detail
