We require a Software Development Coordinator for our company.
Job Description
• Listing and assigning tasks to all the software team members.
• Doing follow-up for the tasks and modules which are in-process
• Making prototype of modules/ changes (in Jpeg or MS Word)
• Making user manuals for modules
• Collecting software requirements from end-user
• Quality assurance of new modules
• Implementing and communicating software changes/addition in an effective manner
• Identifying loopholes in current system and recommending additions
• Setup, Maintain and Updates all product files
• Maintaining Software Requirement Specification system and Run monthly reports.
• Communicates with other departments to report and resolve software and operation problems.
• Provide a high level of end-user support
• Perform any special projects as assigned by Supervisor.
• Demo of systems and procedures of the software
• Assist with multiple projects simultaneously
• Maintain information in lists, documents and other locations as requested typically using word, excel, power point, visio etc.
• Document and distribute notes and key business decisions from meetings and discussions
• Create or update user documentation
• Update/tracking statuses of various IT Projects
• Manage document storage, paper and electronic. Convert paper documents to electronic via scanning and saving to network drives where possible.
Most important part:
- Demo of systems and procedures of the software to internal teams and international clients.
- Coordination with international clients for their requirements.
Essential Requirement:
• Technical / Computer background is not necessary but will be plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to effectively communicate with other departments to report and resolve software and operation problems.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independent with little or no supervision.
• Must be reliable and dependable.
