Marketing Assistant
Gymboree Play and Music, Pakistan

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must possess marketing extraordinaire to support our leadership team and our parents community.
• Answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, greet and service customers.
• Assist with off-site grassroots events (Gymboree on the Road, etc.)
• Work with Accountant and maintain our database management system.
• Arrange designated staff meetings, parents’ meetings and trainings.
• Assist in maintaining site standards, including, but not limited to: cleaning, stocking and pricing of merchandise, and helping with equipment set changes.
• Compile and distribute database for walk ins and other confidential data
• Compile numbers for SMS
• Write reports and document meeting minutes
• Organize presentations and visits for companies/alliances
• Assist with promotional activities
• Help to organize market research, undertake competitor analysis

NOTE: Gymboree Play & Music provides all training necessary.

Experience and passion to work with children newborn to 5 years preferred
