Procurement of imported raw/packaging and Semi Finished/Finished products at the right time in right quantities and at the most economical rate from approved sources.
Taking Quotation / Indent from the approve sources and to get approval from Senior Materials Manager for ordering.
Placement of order to approved vendor by opening LC (Letter of Credit) / BC Bank Contract / T.T (Telegraphic Transfer).
Keeping continuous follow-up for shipment in time and receiving of relevant shipping documents.
Keep Senior Materials Manager informed of the supply position and development.
Preparations of ADC (assistant drug controller) documents and follow up for getting ADC (assistant drug controller) permission soonest as possible also send documents to clearing agent for entry filing.
Taking delivery order and bank endorsement also duty figures from clearing agent.
