β’ Successfully articulate the brand message across all social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
β’ Coordinate and develop ongoing monthly social media content calendars
β’ Develop quality, timely and relevant day-to-day content for social distribution (across owned and earned social channels, i.e. blog posts, tweets, status updates, pins, photos, and videos)
β’ Manage online presence with social monitoring tools (TweetDeck, HootSuite, etc.)
β’ Research and present changes in social landscape, new platforms, opportunities and trends to integrate social and traditional PR programs on behalf of the agency and clientsβ brands
β’ Design, create and manage promotions, online events, campaigns and contests that foster excitement and increase response: likes, fans, followers and partners
β’ Work with web development team to ensure social media tools (Ex: Sharing buttons, plugins, widgets, etc.) are kept up-to-date.
β’ Leverage management tools like TwitterCounter, Google Analytics, to track, monitor and report on metrics click-throughs and traffic activity. Tweak social strategy and content based on analytics
β’ Develop and deliver on tangible KPI's from social (ie. Referrals, ROI, fan growth, engagement, lead generation, SEO)
β’ Follow key industry trends, competitive insights and emerging social media / marketing / e-commerce technologies
Knowledge of blogging relevant to resort industry across business groups
Demonstrable social analytics tools, knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
Content writing experience is a plus
Adequate knowledge of SEO
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to deliver expected results on time
