Job Description

· Content writer must have:

· Strong English writing and people/customer skills.

· Should be able to perform interactive chat to help users solve problems

· Create the foundation for additional customer service people that will be hired.

· Develop FAQ pages.

· Should be able to write instructional content.

· Manage forums and their categories

· Make our website functional and presents the best information where and when it is need.

· Should be able to do User testing - Go through the entire site to ensure proper functionality, ease of use, and edit introductory & help articles in each dashboard as needed.

· Have a keen interest in writing and can perform with a deadline.

· Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram).

· Knowledge of blogging a plus.

Good communication skills, spoken english

Ecommerce Knowledge will be a plus

Must know to write SEO Content such as Blogs, Classifieds etc
