Job Roles:
- Providing live demos and presentation of the software to the customers through Skype, TeamViewer and GoToMeeting.
- Schedule demos, facilitate customer experience and give a detailed introduction of the product to the customers after sales.
- Build an active engagement with new as well as existing customers through follow up for customer retention and increasing their interest.
- Improve customer experience, assisting them in hardware and settings configuration, and redirecting them to valuable user manual documents.
- Identify and assist in setting up software and reporting issues faced by the customer.
