Job Description

Job Roles:

  • Providing live demos and presentation of the software to the customers through Skype, TeamViewer and GoToMeeting.
  • Schedule demos, facilitate customer experience and give a detailed introduction of the product to the customers after sales.
  • Build an active engagement with new as well as existing customers through follow up for customer retention and increasing their interest.
  • Improve customer experience, assisting them in hardware and settings configuration, and redirecting them to valuable user manual documents.
  • Identify and assist in setting up software and reporting issues faced by the customer.

Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Applicants with prior experience in POS and ERP software will be given priority.
  • Great marketing and selling skills with a strong command of IT knowledge.
  • Ability to up-sell and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • Applicant should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in business management, marketing or IT from a reputed educational institute.
  • An enthusiastic, team player with the drive to learn, excel and helping others.
