Job Description
- Select, evaluate and improve supplier capability, set up supplier resource and maintain relation with supplier.
- Define the procurement guidelines and policy for project, including:
- Local procurement culture.
- Local price levels for different items.
- Assure that project procurement is done on schedule and at optimum cost.
- Identifying suppliers of standard items (towers, shelters, OSP, AC, DG etc) and evaluating supply capacity.
- Contract negotiations and signing with supplier and subcontractor.
- Assure that the contracts in the project are in line.
- Making Specified Procurement Strategy and Project Procurement Schedule according to HQ procurement Strategy.
- Supporting regional procurement and contracts making.
- Payment processing and tracking to supplier.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree or above in telecommunications, procurement or relevant area.
- Minimum 5 years experience in procurement and supplier management field.
- Familiar with outsourcing product in Telecommunication field, Such as towers, shelters, OSP, AC, DG etc.
- Strong contract negotiating skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
