IdeasUnlimited is a call-center, currently hiring for its office in Karachi, Pakistan. We are looking for a "Business Development Manager" with exceptional English communication skills to develop new business for our call center by:
JOB DUTIES:
- Engaging with potential clients (international - mostly US based) over the phone (incoming and outgoing).
- Engaging with potential clients over email and chat platforms.
- Create new leads using our existing as well as any new effective business development channels.
- Creating sales collateral
- Closing leads
REQUIREMENTS:
PACKAGE:
- Base Salary: Depending on skill and experience
- Excellent commission (sales) on top of the base pay
- 12 annual paid leaves (1 per month)
- Yearly increment based on performance

Job Specification
1) Must have excellent communication skills in ENGLISH language (no exception! as you will be speaking with western clients, mostly).
2) Must have at least two years in any sort of "Sales" position (business development, inside sales, outside sales)
3) Must have at least a bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing or finance
4) Must be a serious-minded and motivated professional
SCHEDULE: Currently we only have the NIGHT shift available
9 pm til 6 am PST (Karachi) Monday to Friday (1-hour paid break)
