Job Description

  • Liaison with Service Managers and other Service Center staff and provide operational support as required for smooth function of Service Centers.
  • Liaison with HR and IR&A Departments with matters related to Service Center staff.
  • Review staff strength on regular basis and coordinate with Service Centers for hiring, transfers and resignations.
  • Facilitate Service Centers in Sales Return cases.
  • Provide Sales Return data to concerned departments for their analysis and prepare reports.
  • Update service staff strength in service software.
  • Resolve hardware issues of Head Office & Service Centres with the support of I.T department.
  • Look after administrative areas of CSD Head Office and responsible for arrangement of stationery, office supplies, and other supplies including tea items etc.
