Bakhabar Kissan Platform provides services at multiple interfaces i.e. IVR, Helpline, SMS, Application & Website, candidate deployed for this position will be required to master:
- Timely, accurate and proactive updation of Agricultural content on all the mentioned interfaces
- Raise alarms to management and provide and follow up and rectification of the emerging issues/challenges
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reporting & Analysis of the entire Bakhabar Kissan(BKK) platform (all the above mentioned interfaces)
- Also prepare Adhoc reports and presentations with regards to the platform
- Standardize information across all channels
- Lead a team of agricultural specialists handling:
- Farmers’ queries on helpline
- Acquiring Mandi & Market Rates and updating on the respective BKK interfaces
- Catering to dynamic requirements of farmers and the agricultural BKK stake holders etc
- Take appropriate measure to conduct Quality Assurance & ensure Quality Control of the content provided at the interfaces as well as Adhoc & regular reports
- Documentation (both regular and legal) covering but not limited to:
- Technical Agreements/Contracts with Vendors & Partners
- Financial Agreements with Vendors & Partners
- Development and processing of MoU’s
- Keen follow up & processing of the above & other needed documentation
