Produce top quality code, by strictly following the set coding standards, with minor supervision Participate in the development of RS and FS documentation Implement and execute developer tests for components and analyze the runtime behavior of the components Design and implement Testability elements Participate in Database design and business modeling Participate in resolving changes in projects Identify, track and manage technical issues in projects Provide and maintain high quality project documentation Provide proactive suggestions to enhance the quality of work Guide junior team members through personal dedication, spirit and creativity Perform other day to day operational tasks as required by the management

Bachelor's in Computer Science from a reputable university with exceptional CGPA 2 + years of verifiable experience in ASP.NET, C# Ajax, Web Services and MS SQL server Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server 2005 is a must; Crystal Reports 10 or later desirable Familiar with best practices for Analysis and Design activities Must have hands on experience in Object OrientedDesign and the ability to effectively map the Design onto the code Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills Works well under pressure with tight deadlines Self motivated and team focused Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills Must posses our core values of Integrity, Innovation, and Teamwork Microsoft Certified Solution Developers with Enterprise application development experience will be preferred
