Essential Technical skills:

• 2+ years’ experience of developing embedded / real-time systems
• Strong C/C++ skills
• RTOS experience
• Development of high quality code and adherence to best coding practices
• Ability to interpret datasheets, protocol documents, design specifications
• Software problem-solving and bug-fixing
• 16 and 32-bit microcontrollers (e.g. ARM, PIC, MSP430, DSP)
• Standard buses and protocols (e.g. Ethernet, USB, RS232, I2C, I2S, CAN, SPI)
• Possess strong communication skills
• Quick learner

The following desirable skills are a plus:

• Embedded Linux system development.
• Windows development.
• Zigbee/Bluetooth/Wifi.
• DSP algorithm development.
• Video or still image capture and processing.
