Monitoring Assistant required:

• Working shifts (Evening and Night)
• Have to monitor Mobile application
• Check user complaints regarding the app.
• Assists with data collection and data entry;
• Ensures accuracy of data collection and quality of data processing;
• Perform other duties as required;

Specialization:

• Strong communication and computer skills
• Good knowledge about mobile application and data management
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
