We are now actively recruiting Business Development Executive having extensive experience of telesales and telemarketing of IT products/services in US or European Market. You will be responsible for generating leads, responding to lead generation efforts, conducting web-based demonstrations, developing customer relationships, driving new business within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will possess both sales and IT background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with IT Managers.

cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange requests/meetings
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
identifying and generating new leads through Networking, LinkedIn, technical communities, forum postings and other online sources.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Working to monthly KPI's and targets
Execute a consultative sales strategy and manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close
Update prospect interactions and statuses in Excel/CRM to ensure efficient lead management.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a business or related field
2-5 years of sales experience with a minimum of 2 years B2B lead generation
Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual quota targets.
A passion and proven track record for driving the full sales life-cycle including prospecting, lead generation, contact, presentation, relationship building, negotiating, and closing.
Proven ability to work independently, take an ownership approach for sales, marketing and areas of responsibility and develop plans and programs to help the company achieve its goals.
People with exceptional communication skills preferably with foreign accent (British and American)
High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
Fast learner with background in IT and IT enabled Product/Services will be preferred.
