Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.

Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within team.

Data entry / scanning of documents as and when required

Good communication skills

Flexible for timings

Can handle mutiple task at a time
