We are looking for experience candidates in the field of FMCG sales specifically in food business retail sales, the ideal candidate should be a Business Graduate having 3-4 years proven sales experience in Food retail business as Branch Manager or equitant,

The job roles include but not limited to:

Customer foot fall increase through good customer service practices resulting Sales growth;

Staff retention, staff on job training;

FIFO implementation resulting minimum wastage return, fresh product delivery to the customers;

Maintaining Store cleanliness, Hygiene and ambiance;

Leave roster implementation;

Shop stock ordering against the product trends;

Implementation of organizational standard operating procedures;

Overall responsibility of the shop operation;

Shop cash custodian;

Any other tasks assigned by Sales Manager or by Management.

Computer Literacy is a must (Ms Word, MS Excel)
