- Responsible for dealing with customers regarding sales.
- Follow up on clients’ deliveries, payments, and receivables.
- Prepare quotations, payment receipts, and process the retail orders.
- Follow up with the design department and other concerned departments for layouts, quotation, and orders for timely revisions.
- Follow up with the accounts department for GDR, and ledger of customers.
- Obtain customer feedback regarding our services and products.
- Take data about the stock status from concerned offices.
- Maintain follow up for delivered items for polishing, fixing, and measurements.
- Look after the display items regarding placement, price tagging, and cleaning.
- Verify the stock position from Supply chain Department.
- Send complete information of booking order to Design department.
- Attend complaints, forward to complaint section, keep follow up and resolve the complaints regarding goods and shortage of ordered items.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
Any other ad hoc responsibilities given by the management from time to time.
