Job Description
- Responsible for the effective administration of operational activities at the hotel and ensuring high level quality being served to the customers.
- Responsible for maintaining sales and financial records.
- He/She would have to hire, train, guide and manage the hotel staff.
- Manage customer relationship by attending and answering the queries of customers.
- Ensure that the customers are getting every service timely and efficiently they paid for
- Keep in check the hotel supplies and maintain ample inventory level.
- Ensure that the daily operations at hotel are meeting the set standards
- Promote the brand message to the customers through traditional and specifically through social media platforms in unique ways
- Drive and coordinate all marketing activities to achieve the desired sales target
- Achieve increasing revenues through well-structured marketing campaigns and controlling expenses
- Developing strong relationship with the other organizations and stake holders
- Develop public relations and strong relations with community by participating in local events
- Establish sales goals and objectives to achieve the goals and coordinate to other departments
- Initiate marketing campaigns and boost them to reach to maximum audience
