Providing assistance in maintenance and operations in terms of House Keeping, Food & Kitchen management, Stationery, Dispatch, and other company related Vendors.
Ensure proper uniforms, grooming & good manners of support staff.
Ensure availabilities of employee facilities tools & equipment.
Ensure planning and execution of preparations for smooth administration operations.
Ensure zero issues in operations & maintenance of the office.
Support Staff Complaint handling and resolving their matters.
Co-ordinate and Co-operate with all staffs executives, supervisors, & company staffs regarding all administration requirements.
Daily reporting to GM HR & Admin, Higher management.
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filling system.
