CarSaaf is looking for a well-spoken, confident Customer Service Representative to:
1) Professionally handle calls and provide product knowledge to clients.
2) Arrange, cancel, reschedule and reconfirm appointments with clients. Continuously maintain and update data.
3) Troubleshoot client issues on immediate basis
4) Obtain client feedback on a timely basis. Maintain logs for complaints, follow up and outcome.
5) Assemble and present data of clients and products properly.
- Fluent in English and Urdu
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word etc.
- Willingness to learn
