The personnel should hold expertise to provide consultancy services various countries such as Australia, Malaysia, UK, Germany, China, United States, Italy, Turkey, Canada, USA, etc.

Responsibilities:

Assisting customers with the best interactive services and provide counseling via various communication mediums such as telephonic conversations, emails, or direct counseling

Monitoring on-going changes in Immigration regulations and providing counseling to the clients accordingly

Working in complete coordination with the clients and compiling all their required documents and providing assistance in their Immigration process

Checking required information for visas, preparing applications, and providing follow-ups on further inquiries

Providing assistance in any assigned duties by the Authorities for the smooth continuation of services

Conduct conferences, trainings and seminars to promote the services

Effective Assignment Management & ensure clear and effective communication with the clients
