Job Description:
Preparation of all administration documents and ensure receipt of the same after approval.
Arrange meetings of management and prepare minutes of meeting.
Maintain departmental files confidentially.
Attends and handles visiting customers and answering queries of visitors.
Attends incoming telephone calls and direct to concerned persons.
Correspondence management by ensuring the recording of all out-going mails.
Job Requirements:
Excellent English language both spoken and writing skills.
Experience in administrative role added advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications
