Should be highly experienced with Linux OS development/management and integration.
Should have expertise in developing and integrating VOIP with Asterisk/elastix based platforms.
Should have experience in CRM integration and should be aware of call centers.
Must be creative and always willling to bring in new ideas to innovate business.
General Linux system administration, security patching, OS upgrades, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring maximum availability.
Schedule and perform regular systems maintenance.
Write and maintain bash and perl automation scripts.
Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software and hardware related problems.
Ancillary duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space.
Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise in production.
Develop solutions in response to customer and user needs.
Work with team members to integrate with other IT systems
Attend meetings with the customer to understand requirements, change requests, and defect reports.
Provide technical guidance, recommendations, and resolutions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT/SE.
Must have an experience on Asterisk Call center troubleshooting, maintenance etc.
Hands-on 2-5 years' experience in implementing, troubleshooting and supporting Linux/UNIX operating system, Internet-based applications and web servers, virtualization technologies, cloud based computing.
Well versed in Pfsense, Mikrotik routers, Ansible provisioning.
Strong Linux/Unix System Administration skills with understanding of network administration.
Network troubleshooting skills with protocols such as BGP and VRRP.
