Job Description

  • Initiate key organizational development intervention, focused on creating a positive, productive working culture.
  • Relationship building with different strategies plan.
  • Excel to resolve the organizational challenges with innovative solutions and process improvements that increase efficiency.
  • To improve overall office environment for productivity of work.
  • Accomplished staff results by planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
  • Maintain daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed.
  • Maintains administrative staff by selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Arrange third party contractor for canteen, waste, transport, janitorial staff, security staff etc.
  • Receive and resolve the daily issues of labor/workers, canteen staff, janitorial, transport and security staff.
  • Keep a strong check on all administrative related activities.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor cost and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes

Job Specification

· In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies

· Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles

· Proficient in MS Office

· An analytical mind with problem-solving skills

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

· A team player with leadership skills
