Job Responsibilities:
Brainstorming and pitching ideas for content;
Should have exceptional grammar and spelling skills;
Writing content for websites or profiles for companies of different industries;
Ability to collaborate with Designers and other writers;
Will be answerable to Content Manager;
Editing and Proofreading documents;
Should know how to write SEO based content;
Should be able to use keywords and research on anything related to current task;
Should be able to research and use facts and figures, statistics and other information, filter relevant information from all web jargon online, and create succinct, fact-filled content, in an engaging, active tone;
Ability to write in user/reader optimized style, i.e. writing broken by subhheadings and quotes, as well as bulletted lists.
Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would have the following skills:
Passion for writing;
Flare for using variable vocabulary;
Understanding of technical terms and be able to explain them in layman's terms;
Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
At least basic knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and social media marketing;
Know-how and ability of adapting vocabulary to different businesses for website content creation;
At least a year of experience writing content for websites;
A-Levels is an added plus.
