Under the supervision of the Central Coordinator, and as a member of the SR office team, participate in reporting on Global Fund NFR Malaria Control project activities.
Generate, supervise and verify projects implementation reports received from project districts on regular basis to assure identify missing data or inconsistencies and report back such errors to respective entities.
Responsible for tracking progress against targets versus achievements, analyze data sets and making recommendations for enhanced program planning, coordination and management of the project.
Responsible for analyzing regular reporting and monitoring data in order to report to be submitted to the central coordinator and PR office.
Ensure timely data collection with the help of Management Information System (MIS) and its timely submission to the program implementation unit, District coordinators, Training & BCC Logistics coordinator and M&E coordinator.
Manage day-to-day operations of the Program, providing support to department, including support district staff members in continued implementation of NFR grant.
Conduct physical verification of ongoing project activities as per work plans and submit comprehensive reports to project management team.
Developing coordination mechanism within project teams, management and stakeholders of the NFR malaria grant.
To carry out regular field monitoring of program interventions and produce monitoring reports on the given format, conduct debrief sessions with relevant program staff and develop an agreed action plan.
To review data bases and data tracking tools in order to maintain data quality for collating reliable and consistent data which meets minimum reporting requirements.
Capacity building of project staff as and when required;
Assist Central coordinator to evaluate, analyze the project performance and liaison with SR and head office staff to ensure the scaled performance parameters and targets achievement.
Perform other related duties at the direction of the Central Coordinator.
