Basic Job Role:
Create, edit and post dynamic videos, image ads and written content on social sites.
Planning and executing marketing strategies and improving them with changing marketing trends.
Develop and manage digital marketing campaign.
Manage and maintain organisation website and social media medium's.
Identify additional social channels for organization to interact with its target audience.
Detailed Job Description:
Providing guidance to buyers/sellers to facilitate the purchase/selling process.
Assist sellers/buyers in marketing/purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Determine clients needs and financials abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealing.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
Display and market real property to possible buyers Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc).
Maintain and update listings of available properties on different property portals.
Develop networks within other real estate agents and clients.
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Highly creative with experience in identifying targeted audience.
Proven experience of working on adobe products.
Strong knowledge of web architectural and design patterns.

Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques with Strong content writing.
