- Achieving targets including Net AUM, active customer base and profitability (TR vs. TC)
- Providing need based investment advisory services
- Building strong and long term relationships with clients and providing excellent customer services
- Generating referrals with the aim of expanding customer base
- Implementing Business generation strategies
- Resolving complaints/ issues, customer queries within TATβs
- Maintaining up-to-date record of meeting notes and calling activity
- Recommending additions to UBL FM product shelf based on client feedback.
- Strictly adhering to the rules and policies relating to code of conduct, business ethics, processing policies and quality standards.
Maintaining in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of all applicable investment products of the Company and its competitors.
