The candidate should ideally have good experience of working in a call centre or sales based position previously in the same campaigns.
- Must be punctual and highly motivated.
- Must have leading capabilities.
- Comfortable engaging with customers and building rapport on the phone.
- Maintain a positive attitude in handling calls professionally.
- Maintain adherence to compliance areas.
- Candidate who have a convincing tone, self closer, knowledge and frequency in English are welcome.
Timings: 1PM till 10PM for UK Campaign
Fluency in English with neutral accent.
