Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, dedicated and reliable individual to work as part of our team. Being a Process Analyst, you will be researching, helping us defining processes, documenting process details, preparing process maps, flow-charts, workflow diagrams and make it presentable to clients. This role requires multi-tasking and ability to wear several hats in order to manage various type of tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients, management and other stakeholders to identify, research and analyze business needs.
  • Collect and document business requirements, and process improvement/automation efforts.
  • Create process documents/workflows, knowledge base articles, flowcharts and process maps.
  • Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
  • Identify new approaches and solutions to business issues identified through analysis of processes.
  • Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance.
  • Identifying issues and risks. Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management.
  • Participate in the problem resolution
  • Track major incident management process and ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas
  • Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review.
  • Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes.

Job Specification

Required Skills:

  • At least 1-year experience as a Business Analyst, on large and complex projects
  • Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to manage data
  • Experience facilitating workshops and focus on team trainings
  • Strong business/client engagement skills
  • Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
  • High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio
  • Should be proactive and a keen learner.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
