Job Description
- Responsible for Developing / Executing test plans and test cases
- Ensure the highest level of continuous testing improvements through process analysis.
- Conducting black box, system testing, data driven testing, performance and regression testing
- Define and execute test cases, reporting defects and communicates issues to ensure their resolution.
- Active participation in all phase review meetings with the development and business teams.
- Analysis of business requirements and functionality and Suggest best practices accordingly
Job Specification
- Create, organize, and control QA activities and documentation
- Thorough understanding of SDLC and QA Processes
- Must have a `Test to Break' attitude
- Prepare Test Specifications and generate test data
- Responsible for smooth execution of testing activity
- Knowledge of Automation/Load Testing tools AND/OR Technical writing is a definite plus
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical / Problem Solving skills
