Job Description
CarSaaf is looking for a determined individual to join their growing team as an Operations Manager.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Explain car wash services to customers and sell services based on customer needs.
- Must be observant and able to spot potential problem vehicles.
- Assist all employees and perform duties including but not limited to, washing and drying vehicle exteriors, cleaning and vacuuming vehicle interiors (console, dash, windows), and other vehicle cleaning.
- Clean vehicles using materials such as brushes, cleaning agents, cloths, hoses, water and vacuums.
- Operate electronic equipment and machinery.
- Train employees and foster a team environment on an on-going basis.
- Manage employees in a professional and efficient manner.
- Handle daily scheduling for all car wash employees.
- Be a team player, not just a team leader.
- Manage and order supply inventory.
- Maintain the teams' physical appearance, including the vehicle
- Responsible for making sure all equipment, machinery, and signage is clean, maintained, and working properly.
- Open the car wash at the beginning of the business day.
- Print service tickets for each vehicle and keep the tickets organized throughout the day.
- Process payments.
- Print daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Shut down the car wash at end of the business day, including counting the cash drawer.
- Responsible for the overall operation of car wash teams.
- Drive business by focusing on the customer's experience.
- Must become knowledgeable in car wash services in order to increase sales.
- Handle customer concerns as deemed appropriate.
Job Specification
As a CarSaaf Manager you must be motivated, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Must have experience in car wash management
- Must be proficient in English and Urdu
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be comfortable with using computers
- Must know how to operate a smart phone
- Must have a good attendance history
- Must have good personal hygiene and a neat appearance.
- Must be courteous, dependable, honest and trustworthy.
- Must be hard working, motivated and organized.
- Must be detail orientated, able to follow instructions and procedures.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and move inventory items.
- Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods of time
