• Administration of Azure platform primarily for Windows operating systems
• Installing, configuring and managing VMs, Active Directory, SCCM and VEEAM(or similar backup solutions)
• Design, implement, configure, and maintain various Azure SaaS Cloud Services such as Azure AD, O365 and etc.
• Deploy and maintain Azure IaaS Virtual Machines and Azure Application and Networking Services to support growth into the cloud.
• Assist with MS Azure data and access management
• Implement and manage backup processes and disaster planning for servers and databases
• Implement and manage server monitoring and alerting processes/applications
• Implement and manage Azure resource including network and replication services
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Ensuring IT Cloud infrastructure security.
• Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together.
• Evaluate and modify system’s performance.
• Support and Maintain Virtual Machines/Servers including 24 hours seamless availability and security services.
• Follow required updates or scaling to servers ensuring network and data center up-time.
• Carries out task under direction of IT leadership / management as necessary to support internal networks and IT infrastructure.
• Participates in after hours and on call work responsibilities.
• Assists in knowledge base updates and maintenance for system administration tasks.
• Is responsible for complete administration of Azure machines and servers.

• Working knowledge of managing VM in MS Azure
• Strong understanding of WSUS or SCCM
• Experience with administering MS Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Experience with Azure based backup solutions
• Active listening skills and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong command of written technical business English
• Must be comfortable working on-site to complete assigned tasks within the specified timeframe.
• Must be responsible and available for resolution on occurrence of any issue, off the time.
