The rapidly growing foreign funded company is seeking Regional Sales Manager as a motivated sales resource to join its high-growth business products and upcoming consumer’s marketplace projects. Primary responsibilities include generation of new business opportunities from Karachi, Pakistan market across various verticals for the purpose of sales and consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
Generate sales lead, build pipeline, and convert prospects to sales numbers.
Recruit, train and develop Sales force.
Develop and grow various business sectors for subscriptions and sales.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, business groups and social media.
Conducting product demonstrations for sale and training properly.
Meet quarterly & annual sales target.
Execute product visibility and brand awareness in domestic markets.
Manage customer accounts and build a strong and healthy relationship with them.
Market research, competition analysis and follow market trends.
Staying up-to-date with new products/services of the industry.
Demonstrated strategic sales competence in large to very large organizations.
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
At least 10 years experience at executive level.
5 years of business development at managerial level.
Ability to understand customer requirements and identify solutions.
Coachable, self-starter, problem solver with a strong desire to grow independently.
Proven track record of success and over-achievement.
Excellent business acumen and communications skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent team player
